Boy Scout Uniform was worn by a young boy when he attended educational programs for children who lived in the Section 8 community projects in Madison, Wisconsin.

 

In the interview below, Cha reflects on his experiences in the programs offered by the community projects.

"They would run kid programs where they would bring us together and I don’t even remember what they were called but they would take us on trips or take us to go camping, just to go see the town."
